Our History :

At the advent of New Millennium, a groupof rural student and non-student youth in the village Kulpi of South24-Parganas district, West Bengal used to join rescue of cyclone-affectedhapless people in their quarter. They often assembled together and discussedabout welfare and development activities to be launched for the benefit of poorand needy village people. But they could not decide from where to start and howto processed. After a good deal of discussion they decided to develop a commonPlatform to serve the suffering people. Their decision came into reality in2002 when they founded the organization KULPI ASTHA.
